TECHNICAL REGULATIONS

There are 35 different technical regulations of the Customs union (TR CU) for various industries. Their codes include abbreviation „TR CU“ and serial number indicating year of adoption at the end.
To date, the following technical regulations of the Customs union have legal force (as of: 09/2017):

After the Eurasian Economic Union exited in 2015 the Eurasian economic community, it was decided to adopt technical regulations with the abbreviation TR EEU.

Technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union – TR EEU

All technical regulations adopted from the moment of establishment of the Eurasian economic union, as well as future technical regulations, receive the code with abbreviation „TR EEU“ as well as with number indicating the year of adoption at the end.

 

To date, the following technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union have been adopted and have legal force (as of: 09/2017):

  • TR EEU 036/2016 Technical regulations on the requirements for liquefied gases for their use as fuel
  • TR EEU 037/2016 Technical regulations on limiting the use of hazardous substances in electrical and radio electronics products
  • TR EEU 038/2016 Technical regulations on the safety of amusements
  • TR EEU 039/2016 Technical regulations on the safety of mineral fertilizers
  • TR EEU 040/2016 Technical regulations on the requirements for fish and fish products
  • TR EEU 041/2017 Technical regulations on the safety of chemical products
  • TR EEU 042/2017 Technical regulations on the safety of equipment for children’s playgrounds
  • TR EEU 043/2017 Technical regulations on requirements for fire safety and fire extinguishing equipment
  • TR EEU 044/2017 Technical regulations on the requirements for packaged drinking water, including natural mineral water
